Using patient experience measures to evaluate the quality of medical and nursing care in the newly established PHC units (TOMYs), in Greece

Primary Health Care (PHC) is an integral part of both a country’s health system and the overall social economic development community. In Greece, in effort to improve provision PHC services on national level, Ministry established first Local Units (TOMYs) December 2017. These new units aimed contribute quality primary care citizens, while at same time favoring by improving population helping reduce costs. Within this context, it important for patients/PHC services’ recipients be able evaluate their experiences, as accumulated during visits these structures. The aim paper was medical nursing newly using patient experience measures.
